── Mobile information is not shared for marketing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates
for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories in this
policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent;
this information will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third
party for marketing or promotional purposes.
We disclose a number only to our messaging provider, solely to
deliver the messages you requested, and to the Agency whose alert
program you subscribed to. Neither may use it for marketing. That
messaging-provider disclosure is not a marketing share.
── What this covers
This policy describes how Tyrannosaurx LLC, doing business as
Aegisaur, handles information collected through Aegisaur Alerts, the
text message notification service we operate on behalf of
participating public agencies ("the Agency").
── What we collect
Your mobile number, as you gave it to us or as the Agency provided it
from a record where it already held your consent.
Your consent record: how, when and by which method you opted in,
retained as proof of consent.
Your preferences: which Agency lists or topics you chose, and your
preferred language.
Delivery metadata: whether a message was accepted, delivered, failed
or opted out, with timestamps and carrier error classes.
We do not collect message content you send us beyond the keywords
required to operate the service, such as STOP and HELP. We do not
track your location.
── How we use it
Only to operate the notification service: to determine who should
receive a given Agency alert, to deliver it in your preferred
language, to honor your opt-out, to suppress messages to numbers that
should not receive them, and to reconcile delivery outcomes so the
Agency has an accurate record of what was attempted.
── How long we keep it
Consent records and delivery evidence are retained while you are
subscribed, and afterward for the period required by the Agency's
public-records retention schedule and by applicable law, because
public agencies must be able to evidence what was communicated and
when.
Opt-out records are retained indefinitely, so that a number which has
opted out is never messaged again.
── Your choices
Stop messages by replying STOP to any message. We honor opt-outs
immediately and permanently, until you opt in again.

For access, correction or deletion, contact us or the Agency. Some
records, notably opt-out records and public-records evidence must
be retained even after a deletion request, and we will tell you when
that applies.
── Children
The service is intended for adults and for guardians of enrolled
students. We do not knowingly collect mobile information directly
from children.
── Security
Phone numbers, consent records and delivery evidence are held in
per-Agency isolated storage, separate from public website content,
with access limited to authorized Agency staff and our operations
personnel.
